Should be called "What a Business Attorney Does During the Day" instead, there is no practical information in this text.

This is not a book for lawyers, or even law students. At best, this text is for entry level paralegals. Almost half of the text is tailored around how to talk to your clients, why lawyers are important in transactions, and a myriad of general filler.
If you are thinking of working in the business law field, but have never talked to a lawyer about what they do, or if you are considering taking a job at a company who has a lot of business planning but you have no idea what business planning entails, this is the book for you. Otherwise, move on.

Unlike other law books this one is written in a textbook format. In other words, if you have an assignment and have no idea what you're doing or if you need reference material to guide while you're writing up contracts, this book is very helpful and easy to follow.
