Fantastic! I LOVED it!

I bought and read "The Last Single Girl" right after I finished "It's in His Kiss" and it met all of my expectations and then some. Of course I knew who Sarah was going to find true love with practically as soon as she met him but it didn't matter because her dating experiences kept me smiling throughout the entire book. This book not only had a HEA ending, it was deeply satisfying, as well. This book can be enjoyed by women of all ages; in fact, I think it would be perfectly appropriate for teenage girls, as well. The other reviewer mentioned that the book could be enjoyed by single women in their twenties, thirties and forties and I'm sure that's true, but it's too narrow an audience. I am a married woman (29 years) whose last dating experiences were long before the Internet existed, and I got a great deal of pleasure from reading this story. It is very rarely that I actually pay money for books any more but I'm very glad that I spent the $1.99; it was worth every penny. If you like your love stories with a lot of clean-cut humor, then Caite Quinn is definitely an author you should follow. Also, I recommend that you read these two books ASAP. Happy reading!

Absolute bon bon!!!

This novella was a TOTAL delight! What better way to unwind from the hectic holidays, than with the charming witticisms of Caitie Quinn and The Last Single Girl! Humor is spot-on and kept me grinning (particularly the Dating Truths), as we follow Sarah through the perils and pitfalls of internet dating. But moreover, it's also about the growing pains of friendships, and what happens when where we thought we'd be, isn't necessarily where we are.
Romantic, funny, and utterly satisfying. You will devour this book in one sitting, and root for endearing Sarah's wackily-ever-after every step of the way!
Lovers of Bridget Jones's Diary...NEED APPLY.

Fun, quirky and cute quick read

This was a really sweet romance that had me smiling and laughing, even feeling a little sad for Sarah and her emotions and struggle being the last single girl in her group of friends.
All of Sarah's close friends have gotten married and many of her acquaintance type friends have recently found boyfriends. All of her friends are scheduled to have a big girl's night on New Year's Eve. But because of all of them finding boyfriends they decide to turn it into a group date. Unfortunately Sarah is the odd one out who hasn't dated anyone in quite a while and has no prospects. Sarah assures Claire, the sort of ringleader and snotty character of the group, that she has a guy she's been seeing and is happy to go along with the group date. When in all actuality Sarah is terrified! What was she thinking? What were her friends thinking changing their plans just because they all found boyfriends?
Sarah turns to her best friend, who is married, for advice. What advice does her friend give? Online dating...
Sarah isn't sure if she likes the idea but feels pressured to find a date whom she can pass off as her boyfriend. So thus starts her e-dating experience. She finds a cute little coffee shop close to her home where she can meet up with her potential boyfriends and chat with them.
When she first comes to The Brew Ha Ha(coffee shop name) she meets the owner, John. He realizes right away that she is having a first date when guy #1 arrives.
The dates are all pretty humorous to read about and watch progressing into whatever they progress to(I don't want to spoil the fun for you). John steps in and saves the day or sits and talks to Sarah after each date and gives her advice for all the guys she sees.
Sarah continues to feel the pressure from her friends and her mom for finding the perfect guy but she is not sure what she should do or who she should choose.
When New Year's Eve arrives will Sarah finally have a date or will she show up single to the party?
It was a really cute read. There were a couple swear words and a very mild innuendo. But overall very clean. I downloaded a free copy from Amazon.
