I got a refund. After the first 50 or so pages the book skipped to page 365. I talked with technical support and they agreed that there was an error in publishing the book on line.

I just ordered the book. So far the main complaint I have is that there is no way to go to the Table of Contents.. that is in the Kindle version. for me this is a major draw back.
